Before you send it

The model number helps most
It is on a sticker inside the door frame, behind the drawer or on the back. With it we can check the part before we set off.
Tell us the error code
If the display is showing one, it usually names the fault outright.
Say if it is urgent
A freezer that has stopped or water on the floor goes to the front of the diary. Ring rather than email for those.
Fitting something new?
A photo of the space and of the connections behind it lets us price the installation on the phone.
