We tell you when not to repair it
A tenant reports a machine that is nine years old with failed drum bearings. We will tell you it is not worth repairing, with the figures, and you pay the call-out and nothing more. That is a cheaper conversation than a repair that fails in March.
Access is our problem, not yours
We ring the tenant, agree a window and turn up in it. Where nobody is in, you get told — with the call-out charged, which is the only fair way round.
